Ianus Guest House - Rome

Clean, quiet hotel with a marvelous location near Termini. Perfectly clean and warm room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set for a perfectly pleasant stay. Location is close to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, pharmacies, and other amenities.

Couldn't recommend more, we truly enjoyed spending time in this hotel!

Everything was simply great. I had a perfectly pleasant experience. I loved its perfect location right by a quiet residential area and the Olympic stadium. the room overlooking the garden was spacious and warm. the bed was comfortable. There were a refrigerator, climate control, and a work desk too.

The stay at Ianus Guest House was very pleasant. the location in a suburb was perfect; it was just next door to the center of Rome with various amenities nearby like restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and pharmacies. the twin/double room was warm and everything was great.

Easy Access, Helpful Staff, Good Amenities During my recent business trip, I found the location of the hotel to be very convenient with easy access from the highway. the staff was also very helpful and made my stay comfortable. the amenities offered like air conditioning and a fridge in the room were very useful.

Distant from Centre, Inconvenient Breakfast the distance from the city centre was a hassle as it took a long bus and metro ride to reach. the breakfast provided was also inconvenient as it was only croissants and coffee, and had to be collected from a far-off shop.

The staff was undoubtedly friendly and helpful; they made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we required. The best part was that the location was conveniently situated near the highway entrance and had easy parking.

The downside of the location was that it was quite a far way from the city center. It took almost an hour to reach it by bus and metro, which was a bit inconveniencing.

Great value, clean, secure parking courtyard, friendly staff, ideal location, close to bus line.
